What is Oslo The Label?
Oslo The Label is a refined fashion brand designing pieces for the woman who dresses with intention. Quiet luxe slip dresses, sculpted knits, layering camis, leather jackets, and sculptural shoes — all built to last beyond a single season.
Who is behind the brand?
We're a small team that started Oslo The Label after one too many shopping trips that left us unsatisfied. We wanted clothes that felt considered, made with care, and held their shape, season after season. Every piece is a reflection of that.
Where are you based?
We design our collections in-house and work closely with production partners to keep a close eye on quality. Our goal is simple: when you receive your Oslo piece, it should feel like we handed it to you in person.
Is everything cruelty-free?
Yes. Every piece in our collection is cruelty-free. We never use real fur or exotic skins. Our leather pieces use high-quality faux leather designed to feel and wear like the real thing.
Fit & Sizing
How do your pieces fit?
Most styles run true to size with a refined silhouette. On each product page we share the model's height, the size she's wearing, and any specific fit notes (true to size, runs small, oversized fit). When in doubt, check our size chart.
How do I choose my size?
Use the size chart on each product page and compare it to a piece you already own and love. If you're between sizes for a fitted piece, size up. If you love a clean tailored look, size down. Still unsure? Email us with your measurements and we'll help.
Do you offer extended sizes?
We currently offer XS through L on most styles, and 5–11 US on shoes. We're working to expand our size range based on community feedback — if your size is missing, please tell us.
Materials & Care
What are your pieces made from?
We work with refined satins, ribbed knits, chiffons, faux leather, and natural fibers chosen for the way they drape, wear, and last. Each product page lists the exact composition so you know what you're buying.
How do I care for my Oslo pieces?
Care varies by fabric. As a general guide:
- Satin & chiffon: Hand wash cold or delicate cycle inside a mesh bag. Lay flat to dry. Cool iron from reverse if needed.
- Knits: Hand wash cold, lay flat to dry. Never tumble dry.
- Faux leather: Wipe with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash. Store on a wide hanger.
- Shoes: Wipe with a soft cloth. Avoid heavy rain — leather and faux leather both prefer to stay dry.

How long will my order take?

Yes — free standard shipping on orders over $99 USD.
Will I have to pay customs?
Some countries charge customs, duties, or import taxes when your order arrives. These are set by your local authorities and are the customer's responsibility.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is delivered and inspected, we'll refund to your original payment method. Allow a few business days for your bank to post the credit.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're sorry — that's not how we want your experience to start. Email us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund as fast as we can.
