Where we ship
At Oslo The Label, we ship to many countries worldwide. The available destinations for your order will appear at checkout. If your country doesn’t show up, please reach out to us via the Contact section on our website – we may still be able to help.
Processing time
Once you place your order, we usually need 1–3 business days to process, pack, and hand it to the carrier. During busy periods such as new drops, holidays, or major promotions, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping options & estimates
Exact prices and delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary based on your address and the weight of your order. As a general guide:

These are estimates only. Weather, carrier delays, and customs checks can sometimes slow things down. Once the package leaves us, we see the same tracking updates you do.
Free shipping
We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. When available, this will be clearly shown in the site banner and at checkout. The threshold and included regions may change over time, but the current offer will always be visible before you pay.
Customs, duties & taxes
For orders shipped outside of our home country, your local customs office may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees. These are set by your government and are the customer’s responsibility.
We can’t control or refund these charges, but we are continuously exploring options to make the process smoother in the future.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us via the Contact section on our website and we’ll resend the details.
Wrong address or missed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately via the Contact section. Once a package has been shipped, we can’t always change the address, but we’ll do what we can with the carrier.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated missed delivery attempts, we can reship it to you (additional shipping charges may apply) or refund the item cost minus the original shipping.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package:
- Check with neighbours, building staff, or members of your household.
- Look for an attempted delivery notice or pick-up slip.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
If you’ve done all of the above and still can’t locate your parcel, please reach out via the Contact section on our website. While we are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered, we’ll always try to help you find a solution.
Pre-orders & backorders
For certain limited or high-demand pieces, we may offer pre-orders. The estimated ship date will be clearly shown on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may send them together or in separate shipments depending on what makes the most sense. We’ll confirm the details in your order confirmation.
