Track your order

Every order comes with a tracking link emailed the moment it ships.

1. Check your inbox. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier.

2. Can't find it? Check your spam or promotions folder. Confirmation emails from new senders sometimes land there.

3. Still nothing? Email us at hello@oslothelabel.com with your order number and we'll resend it within a few hours.

Tracking status guide

Pre-transit / Label Created: Your order has been packed and the label generated. The carrier will pick it up within 1–3 business days.

In Transit: Your package is on the move. Updates may pause for a day or two between scans, especially for international shipments — this is normal.

Out for Delivery: Your package will arrive today.

Delivered: The carrier has dropped your package. If you can't see it, check with neighbors, building staff, and your household first.

International orders

For shipments outside the US, tracking may go quiet for a few days as your package clears customs in your destination country. Once it enters the local postal system, tracking will resume with updates from your country's carrier.

Something not right?

If your tracking has been stuck for more than 5 business days, says delivered but you don't have it, or shows a different address — reach out to us at hello@oslothelabel.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
